I had a lovely experience updating my phone yesterday, I have absolutely no problem with how my partner and I were treated, we got exactly what we needed and it was seamless. However, I was upset seeing how the two male staff treated the new woman staff member who they were obviously training. They were so impatient and nasty to her, she was so lovely and trying her absolute hardest. She was truly amazing

Issues processing orders and do nothing to rectify. Promise to call you back but never do. Tell you they have escalated issues only to find out there is no active case. Stay away from this store

I had an encounter with a lovely girl named Monica, she helped me with all my enquiries while keeping a calm, collected, professional and caring attitude; I was very pleased with my visit and will definitely consider becoming a customer with Telstra due to my positive experience with Monica; very pleased to know they have such an amazing worker in their team

Went in tying to get my partner to change from Optus to Telstra. Optus have the pixel 8 pro $400 cheaper on a 24mth plan. Telstra wouldn't give any discount or incentive after telling them that. Clearly not going to change to Telstra.

I got my new Telstra device from here, I had a very good experience, smooth transition from old device, excellent customer service from the staff member Pankti, I got exactly what I wanted and got great recommendation for reducing my repayment as well. Truely exceptional service.

The rep who served me was great but the lady who came over my shoulder and started loudly telling me I have to pay extra money was embarrassing. It didn't feel private anymore as I'm sure the whole shop knew my business. I won't be back there again.
